Curriculum
At Galaxy Childcare Centre, we provide a rich and nurturing early learning program that supports every child’s unique journey. Our curriculum is inspired by Te Whāriki, New Zealand’s Early Childhood Curriculum, which emphasises holistic, play-based learning. Guided by this framework, we create meaningful experiences where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore the world around them.

We also nurture five key learning dispositions that build positive habits for lifelong learning: taking an interest, being involved, persisting with difficulty, expressing ideas and feelings, and taking responsibility.
Through play, relationships, and everyday experiences, children at Galaxy Childcare Centre learn in joyful, meaningful, and connected ways. Our goal is to help every child grow to their fullest potential while gaining the confidence and skills for their next learning steps.
