I had gone through so many daycares prior to choosing galaxy! Seerat was only 7 months old so I needed to be sure she would be well looked after and cared for. Seerat showed some challenges with her being in comfort zone, having only a few favourite teachers, not wanting to make friends. Over the last 1.5 years with so much love and care seerat has completely changed, she’s confident, vocal, making friends and most importantly just having fun at daycare. Leaving your child in someone’s else’s care for such long hours is always tough but the teachers at galaxy are super caring and supportive which gives me the peace of mind as a parent! I am super happy to see Seerats transformation which was done with a lot of love and care!

I enrolled my daughter here when we moved in the area. This was the 3rd daycare she was enrolled in mainly due to my work and convenience. Took a while to find a daycare I can cornpletely trust my daughter with due to her diary allergies and the fact that she doesn’t settle well. We visited a few day cares around the area and none i felt was right for her: then a friend recommended we check out Galary. from the moment we set foot in the school to the process of enrolment. everything was so smooth and easy. The centre manager at the time was lovely and just sat and listen as I explained my concerns and what I want for my daughter. The place was clean and I loved how open and spacious it was. The teachers were friendly and I love how diverse and multi cultural galaxy is. My daughter selled right in and the communicalion was clear and they knew when to call me if my daughter would accidentally comes in contact with diary products. We will surely miss this centre and the lovely leachers and children. Thank you Galaxy Childcare – Mahia for the 3 wonderful year my daughter was there. She really enjoved it and I felt comfortable to leave her in your care all these years.

When Ricky & Nia first started daycare, I was a bit nervous not only for me but also for thm as well. I wanted them to find themselves in a environment where I felt like they should be safe. It has been a year since they started Galaxy & I can honestly say theyre happy & content. The teachers are always helpful in the morning when one of my kids cry. The teachers at Galaxy Daycare make not only my kids but the other children safe & secured. The process that Ricky & Nia made at the school has also improved their learning in the daycare & at home as well. As a parent I’m very proud of their achievements and I hope they continue to grow.

Galaxy Childcare encompasses all the values I look for in a centre for my son. I appreciate the bilingual teaching aspect. I am a strong believer that language is a worldview that with every language you are taught you also learn within that respect a different way to view the world. I love that my son is leaming not just the worldviews of his mother tongue but also other Pacific nations and also the keepers of the land that we currently live on tangata whenua. I also appreciate the holistic teachings of Galaxy Childcare teaching my son the importance of prayer before eating and other valuable bible stories. I have always wanted to raise my children in the homeland so I am grateful to Kara Aunty Lei and the team at Galaxy Child are Papakura for bringing a slice of home to N2. Faafetai
